Innate Solutions is a small, but international company that is passionate about equipping people with the skills to discover what they are capable of.

Innate is all about strategy. How do you lift your ability? How do you believe in yourself? How do you get mentally tough? How do you build resilience? How? How? How?

Mark Dobson started Innate Solutions in 1992. Initially the focus was building esteem in teens but as Mark developed more and more customized strategies for particular situations, corporate clients started just popping up. Clients like Forstaff Recruitment , Telstra , Toyota , Bayer Pharmaceuticals & P&O Shipping were just a few in the late 90’s.

At the same time Mark had founded the Aspire Camps which were a series of personal development programs that built confidence and ability in teens. They ran for 15 years, had people fly in from all over the world to attend, and had a money back guarantee – if it was not the best four days of your life, you could have your money back.

Between Aspire Programs and presentations in Australia, Internationally Mark was a founding member of Bard High School Early College in New York City which was recently acknowledged by President Barack Obama  as the direction for America’s Education “We also have to explore innovative approaches, such as those being pursued here in New York City. Now Innate is more like a philosophy than a company. After years of working with over 30,000 people around the world Innate has hundreds of skilled leaders it has trained that are on call to lead on programs.

Most of the programs are now run at The Summit ( thesummit.net.au ) where all school camps and team building programs are lead by staff trained by Innate Solutions and thus provide a high quality education product.
