15 Years of Camp Aspire

Aspire was essentially a confidence program. It looked at several key areas that challenge teenagers in life and provided strategies to navigate these challenges. It was about teaching teenagers wisdom.

What made Camp Aspire particularly effective is that it taught not only by verbal sharing knowledge, but by making the program so interactive that participants experienced genuine confidence before they even got home. Participants went home having already applied their new knowledge, rather than getting home to make mistakes there.

Aspire was established 15 years ago but its only in the past five years that it had lifted to a level that was world class.  We define it as World Class because of:

• The remarkable consistency in the results achieved for participants.

• The long term sustainability of the positive change in participants.

• The fact that teens have flown in from around the country and world to attend.

• The high level of audience engagement - over 17 hours a day for 4 days.

• The massive library of strategies and experience in handling diverse and sensitive situations and behaviors.

• The on going remarks from guests who witness the program.

• The fact that Aspire fills essentially on reputation, three times a year.

• The feed back from parents.

• The remarkable low price of the program.

The philosophy of the program was exactly that of Innate: To be exactly who you are and to be that perfectly.
