10 day program Ten days to spruce up your life. After people hear Mark present at their school, very often people are really excited to try a few of the ideas and thus express new aspects of themselves. The challenge is remembering all the concepts and not getting caught up in the same old habits of old. For this reason, here is our 10 program to spruce up your life. We really don’t want to waste your time or give you any lame strategies that wont give you results straight away, so we have made sure that each step will have as big an impact for you as fast as possible. All you need to do is click on the steps and take action that day! Some people like to look ahead so they know what is going to happen each day but I encourage you to get a surprise each day instead. Most of all we recommend that you allocate 20minutes to each task. JUST 20! Too often people make very basic tasks into massive projects by getting excited at all the things they ‘could’ do. We say… stuff the big task and instead be really focused for 20 minutes so that you get a big result for a short amount of time spent. So… Just 20min per task. Lastly, if you don’t finish the whole ten days, no stress, it’s just for fun, just do as much as you enjoy. Ok, time to click on Day 1
