Building Relationships

Lets call it as it is... not everyone has an equal level of social skill. Some people are great around a footy club or bar, but terrible in board room or a client office. Likewise some people get along better with numbers and spreadsheets better than the clients they need to communicate with.

Recognising that we all have limits to our strengths and weaknesses this session looks at a handful of key skills that will seriously impact your ability with people. The content includes:

  • What aspects of relationships to focus on.
  • How to build fast rapport without creating cringful interactions.
  • What can be professional and what can be casual.
  • How to switch from casual to professional.
  • How to be friends but still talk money.

This is a fundamental workshop for people who are skilled in one are but need to work with clients on an inconsistent bases.
