The art of elite performance.

The art of elite performance is based on 14 years of coaching, advising, studying, listening to and working with elite performers around the world. The session was developed and is presented by Mark Dobson. Mark's Biography is available in the selection panel but in a nut shell he was a founding member of Bard University in New York City which is a university for elite teens. He has provided consultancy to a vast range of business leader and elite athletes including USA Arial Ski Champion Colby West, North Melbourne Premiership Player Corey McKernan and more recently Olympic Champion Grant Hackett.

This content comes from many years of front line work with people who have very high ambitions and that need very real and tangible strategies..

The presentation looks at 4 key tools used to get the best out of an individual. They include:

Deliberate Intention
Making micro decisions in every aspect of our life so that there is no room for chance.

Best Day Thinking
Knowing how to use your mental abilities to create regular' best day' performances.

Consistent Focus
Knowing how to focus for long periods of time and how to navigate through distraction.

Collective Knowledge
Tools to access the people who can see what you need to do, but don't tell you.

Each one of these points has a follow up expanded training model available.
