In late 1995, we established Innate Solutions with one clear purpose; to positively influence the performance of individuals, corporations and educational institutions in Australia.

Our fourteen years of experience with diverse cultures and some of the world’s most elite individuals and educational institutions, has given the company a unique platform of knowledge that is remarkable simple, effective and well received.

Most importantly, Innate Solutions’ unique background in youth work has meant that we have not learnt corporate or institutional habits, and instead, offer a fresh, new, alternative approach to conference education.
