Mark Dobson is confident you will gain value from his content. He offers a money back guarantee on his live speaking events and seminars. Email us for further details.

Transferable

If you purchased a seat to one of Mark’s live events or seminars, but can no longer attend, another member of your team may attend in your place. Seats are only transferable between team members from the same company.

If circumstances arise where you are unable to attend all One To Ten Business Club events, another member of your team may attend in your place. You may transfer your remaining membership entitlements to another person within your team.

Digital access passes for live streamed and online events may be transferred to another team member, if you are no longer able to attend the event.

Account logins to digital resources on The MicroLibrary may be transferred to another member of your team.

Please email us to provide the details of the new attendee.

Physical and digital products

Within 30 Days

A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the item, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, physical products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloadable products
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send physical goods back to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only a partial refund may be granted (at our discretion):

  • Any physical item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Live event packages where physical products (e.g. book) were included in the package price, but those physical items have not been returned to us.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Sale items

Please select carefully as sale items are non refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace physical products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us and we will provide our return postal address.

Return delivery cost

To return a physical product, email us and we will provide our return postal address.

You will be responsible for paying return delivery costs to return the item to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high value items, consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card provider. There may be a processing delay.
